Abuse Department (abuse@hotpop.com)

The HotPOP Abuse Department handles the investigation of suspicious activity on our systems. Any issues dealing with abusive behavior by or against one of our users should be directed here. This includes spam.

Sales Department (sales@hotpop.com)

If you are looking to advertise on HotPOP, to inquire about customized services and organizational or corporate mail hosting, or other business development questions and issues, please contact the HotPOP Sales Department.

Billing Department (billing@hotpop.com)

The HotPOP Billling Department handles all questions and issues of our paying subscribers. Please note that if you are having problems with your PayPal account, you should contact the PayPal Support Center
